At Moon Behind the Hill, we want you to love your designer fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original designer tags and packaging into the box, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
